How do I buy a vehicle from auction?

1. Please get registered on our website - Registration

2. Send us Auction Membership Request with all required information.

3. We will confirm your auction membership request and send you our bank account details.

4. Study well your contry's car import regulations! Almost all countries have some car import restrictions such as car age, location of a steering wheel (LHD or RHD), repairs, rust and others 

6. Indicate what is the closest marine port to your location

7. Send us an advance payment for your future car auction purchases in amount of not less than 30% of your maximum bid on auctions.

For example, if you want to bid on a vehicle up to $5000, we will need $1500 to be paid in advance (as security deposit). No advance payment - no bidding is possible. This is a security mesure that guarantees the buyer will not refuse to buy a vehicle that we will be obliged to pay on auctions.

In case you don't win a desired vehicle after multiple tries and wish not to bid anymore we will send you a refund in amount of your advance payment minus bank operating fees. The refund can be made not earlier than 6 months after payment is sent. This is to prevent money laundering activities.

8. Bidding/purchasing cars for you isn't possible unless we receive your deposit

9. After we receive your payment you will be provided with an access to place proxy bids in our auction system covering more than 138 Japanese auction houses.

What does proxy bid means? That means we will receive your maximum bid, and then will try to purchase a vehicle on actual auction using special sattelite system not exceeding your bid. You need to place your proxy bids beforehand so that we could put your bids in our schedule.

10. Choose vehicles using our advanced auctions search engine and place your maximum bid. Pay attention to auction grade/rating, photos, mileage and auction sheet description. If you place reasonable bids you will win a desired vehicle sooner or later.

11. If you win an auction, you will be notified and we will issue you invoice in full amount minus your advance payment.

Final price consists of auction winning bid, auction house fee, delivery fee, sales tax, Japan Partner operating fee ($450), export paperwork and shipping to your port. You can see detailed explanation of final price here - Autions pricing.

12. After we receive a vehicle from auction house we will prepare all required export papework and ship it to your destination port.
